Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Cakes, cupcakes, brownies, blondies, cookies, toppers and edible images are non returnable and non refundable.  If you have any problems with your purchase please contact us straight away.

Deposits

A 50% unrefundable deposit is required to confirm your cake booking.   The remaining 50% balance is due 7 days before the collection/delivery date.   If you need to cancel your booking please contact us as soon as you can.
